How do you determine project pricing?
Every project is scoped based on your team size, the systems involved, the complexity of the implementation, and the training required. We provide a detailed proposal after your free strategy session.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. Project engagements are scoped and priced per project with no ongoing commitment. Retainer agreements are month-to-month after an initial 3-month period.
What's included in the free strategy session?
A full hour with one of our consultants. We'll review your current systems, identify gaps, and walk you through what an engagement would look like. You'll leave with actionable insights regardless of whether you move forward.
Do you work with businesses outside of New Jersey?
Yes. While we're based in Monmouth County, NJ, we work with businesses remotely across the country. Many of our training and consulting services are delivered virtually.
